In January 2008, we signed a contract with Frank & Barbara. They were our third Realtor during this depressed selling market. We originaly put the house up for sale in February 2006, and we hadn't received even one offer. Frank and Barbara had an agressive, optimistic marketing strategy. They convinced us that they could get us an offer if we priced the property to move. We signed the contract on 1/1/08 and the house was sold in three months time.
During this period they kept us informed of all showings and open houses. They gave us a few ideas to give our house better "curb appeal" on the outside and a warmer, more inviting feeling on the inside. They showed our house and the advantages of living in that particular community. Even in the depressed selling market, they were able to adapt their strategy and do what it takes to move real estate.

We are writing this letter to commend the Realtors, with whom we contracted to market and sell our home at 205 S DeSoto St. Beverly Hills, FL in January, 2007.
It was immediately apparent that Barbara Hopkins and Frank Hyer working as a team, were well qualified to perform the marketing and selling job of our home. They demonstrated a high degree of professionalism from the very beginning of our relationship.
They called to ask if we still intended to sell our home after they observed that the prior listing with another company had expired. The made an appointment the very day following the expiration date shown in the Multiple Listing Service. Most Realtors do not act that promptly.
They presented a marketing plan to us which promised to quickly attract a buyer's attention. After our agreement was signed, they immediately prepared excellent market materials to use in promoting the sale of our home. They photographed the home inside and out and then not only prepared a complete MLS Listing entry, but also showcased the home on the Internet and included a brochure box attached to the yard sign so that those who would drive by could read about the features of our home.
They consistently arranged showing of our home, which at that time was a very slow market. There were many competing homes available for buyers to choose from. They were able to locate a buyer after only two months marketing time and the sale closed in April.
Barbara Hopkins and Frank Hyer are the very best real estate professionals, among the many, with whom we have been acquainted. We cannot recommend them more highly.

I had 3 agents prior to selecting Frank Hyer and Barbara Hopkins with ERA American Realty. My home had been on the market for quite a while and was getting nowhere. I interviewed 4 more Realtors before selecting Frank and Barbara and felt they were the most motivated and sincere to help a very exasperated seller.
They went above and beyond to sell my home and were always very honest about where I needed to be in pricing to obtain a buyer in a very flooded market in my area.
They were always available to me even on week-ends to answer my call however small or large my concerns were. They truly went to bat when the buyer was found to insure my best interest.

As you know, the house we owned on Santos Dr. had been listed with another Realtor prior to our meeting. At our first meeting, you explained your marketing techniques and assured us you would stay in contact and give us feedback after every showing unless we advised you otherwise. Your marketing plan made sense, seemed to cover a large area and your willingness to adjust and employ new techniques impressed us. Additionally, you advised the asking price we had with the previous Realtor was not likely to accomplish what we wanted; which was to sell the house in a reasonable time for the best price possible.
As it turned out, you only needed to give us feedback after one showing (which was in 24 hours after our agreement to list with you). You called to say you had shown the house and had a signed offer. After discussion and explanation, we reached an agreement and entered into a contract.
List Date 10/5/07 and Closed 11/30/07.
